For End Customers : Maintenance Support
In order to properly maintain an Openbravo solution, customers are highly encouraged to obtain a Maintenance Support contract from one of our certified business partners in your area. In most cases, these are the same partners who will complete your ERP or POS implementation. Services may include:
  • Periodic system updates, patches, and security checks.
  • System backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • End user support for daily operational questions.
  • System enhancements due to new requirements such as new users, reports, or small customizations.
In addition, your maintenance contract should include an Openbravo Professional Subscription. This is the only way to ensure that both Openbravo and your partner will support your solution. Openbravo cannot provide any type of support or guarantee for any implementation without a Professional Subscription contract.
