Bob Mann - Chairman of the Board
Bob Mann
Bob brings 25 years experience in the high tech industry. He has run the European operations of a number of US companies, including setting up Siebel Systems in Europe in 1995. Prior to this, as Vice President of Legent he drove company strategy to realize European revenues of $175 million.
For the last six years Bob has led a portfolio career with Chairmanships within the portfolios of 3i, Advent Ventures, Amadeus Capital, Alliance Trust and Scottish Equity Partners. Currently, he is Executive Chairman of RelayWare which is a SaaS application company specialising in partner relationship management (PRM) software and he sits on the advisory boards of Scottish Equity Partners, the venture capital firm, and First Capital, a technology corporate finance company.
Manel Sarasa - Vice Chairman
Manel Sarasa
Manel is a serial entrepreneur. He served as Openbravo CEO from 2006 to 2010. During his tenure Openbravo was born and maintained its worldwide leadership in the open source ERP space.
Prior to Openbravo, Manel worked in DiamondCluster International (now Oliver Wyman) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). At DiamondCluster Manel recurrently advised CEOs of newly established telecom operators during their startup and post startup phases in four different continents.
Manel has a BS in Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and did his postgraduate studies at Stanford University and the London School of Economics. Manel speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Paolo Juvara
Paolo Juvara
Paolo leads Openbravo to fulfil its vision to enable every company to use an ERP. Paolo believes that today the best way to deliver complex IT solutions is through collaboration and that open source software development and distribution is the most efficient way to create an ecosystem of domain experts and service providers that can deliver the business value that organizations expect from their ERP.
Paolo joined Openbravo in 2007 leading the product development organization and assumed the CEO role in November 2010.
Prior to joining Openbravo, Paolo was based in Redwood Shores, California, working for Oracle Corporation for over fourteen years in applications development. Most recently he was a Senior Director leading the development of the Service product line. He also held a broad range of development and management roles within Oracle's Applications business, including positions in the Financials, Supply Chain Management, CRM and Business Intelligence development teams. Paolo also worked in Paris, France, as part of Oracle's Globalization team.
Originally Italian, Paolo graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Electronic Engineering and a specialization in Software Engineering.

Jesper Balser
Jesper Balser
Jesper co-founded Navision in 1985 and served as the company's CEO for 18 years. During that time, Navison grew to become a leading worldwide ERP software provider for small and midsized businesses. Jesper took Navision public in 1999 and continued to lead the company until it was acquired by Microsoft in 2002. After the acquisition he served as Head of Global Strategy at Microsoft Business Solutions, a position he left 18 months later to pursue other interests as an investor and entrepreneur.

Richard Anton - Amadeus
Richard Anton
Richard is a partner at Amadeus, where he specialises in software and IT-related cleantech opportunities. Since joining in 1998, Richard has taken the lead in many investments. Today he serves as non-executive director on the boards of Celltick (mobile marketing), Clearswift (email and web content security), ForeScout (network access control), GreenRoad (service for reducing driving accidents and saving fuel) and Openbravo (open source ERP).
Richard also serves as Chairman of the BVCA.
Prior to Amadeus, Richard worked as a management consultant, a hands-on finance and business development executive and a turnaround manager. Entering venture capital in 1994 he joined Apax Partners, where he made a number of early stage investments, the best known of which was software company Autonomy. Richard subsequently became director of business development and finance at Autonomy.
Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA and MA in Mathematics from Christ's College, Cambridge. He speaks French.
Steven Coppens - GIMV
Steven Coppens
Steven joined GIMV in 2000 and is involved in several early and later stage technology investments in Europe and US. He is Executive Investment Manager and mainly focuses on Software companies. He currently manages the investments in Openbravo, Aventiv, L&C, TinubuSquare, Gemidis and Human Inference. Previously he was actively involved in Proficient (sold to LivePerson, NSDQ) and Maximiles (IPO Alternext).
He joined GIMV from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked as a Consultant. During this period he mainly worked on international SAP implementations. Prior to that, he started his career as a Business Analyst for United Technologies Corporation in Paris. Steven holds a Master in Applied Economics from the University of Leuven and a Master from ESC Montpellier (France).
