We are part of DL Software: a bright new chapter starts for Openbravo

The acquisition of Openbravo by DL Software, a leading French group in vertically-focused B2B software, which we announced last November 24th, marks a new and exciting chapter in Openbravo’s history.

The fact an organization like DL Software has put its focus on Openbravo is a great recognition of our work and the results we have achieved in the last years, and it puts Openbravo in a privileged position to accelerate our growth strategy. This would have not been possible without the hard work of all our team and the people who have contributed to help us reach this point during more than 15 years. To all of you, thank you.

The official closing was confirmed last November 23rd in our offices in Barcelona, with the presence of some of the management team members of DL, including Jacques Ollivier, President and CEO of the group.

To mark the occasion, I was delighted to invite Jacques to have a short talk to explain the fantastic news and to share how this acquisition benefits both parties, our customers, partners and employees. You can watch the video of the talk below.

As Jacques commented at the end of the conversation, we now share a common objective : to become the number one retail software provider in Europe within the next 3, 4, or 5 years.
