Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager Retail Software, with a key focus on Stock Management and Replenishment processes, based in Spain, France, or The Netherlands. In this role, you will be a key member in evolving our Openbravo Commerce Cloud platform and accelerating product innovation across the retail software portfolio.
You need to have experience in product management including hands-on experience in retail software solutions and cloud-based services.
Position Responsibilities
The main mission of the Product Manager Retail Software Solution specialist of stocks & replenishment is:
→ Define and (further) develop the Openbravo Commerce Cloud product strategy, requirements, business case, use cases and roadmap.
→ Focus on store processes like store stock management and store replenishment.
→ Lead and communicate the retail software requirements and roadmap to the broader organization, our partners, and customers.
→ Collaborate to create, establish and refine business plans to justify budget spent.
→ Liaise with key business/product leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to improve the ecosystem engagement experience by driving development and adoption of tools/services.
→ Create sales enablement training and documentation for the sales channel.
→ Work alongside corporate marketing to drive market readiness and Go-To-Market (GTM).
→ Enable sales managers, solution architects, delivery teams and presales consultants with systems, tools and procedures required to onboard customers with ease.
→ Own key customer relations from product management perspective.
Position Requirements
The professional we are seeking:
→ Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical or business field.
→ At least 5 years of experience in product management for Retail Software solution verticals, with expertise in stock management and replenishment processes.
→ Solid capabilities to specify requirements and support product scope definitions.
→ Ability to translate complicated business problems into easily understood solutions.
→ English mandatory, French or Spanish will be a plus.
→ Good communication and writing skills.
→ Good knowledge on Jira and Confluence tools.
→ Knowledge of API exposure.
→ Use to work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
→ Knowledgeable in technology, experience with Enterprise software and/ or SaaS a plus.
