Position Overview
At Openbravo, we are looking for an online enthusiast to join our Marketing team in Barcelona.
Position Responsibilities
As an Inbound Digital Marketing Specialist, your main mission will be to lead and execute different digital marketing projects (newsletters, landing pages, banners, SEO, social media…) with the objective of attracting qualified leads that can be converted into opportunities and customers.
This requires:
→ Monitoring and management of social media (especially LinkedIn)
→ Definition and execution of email marketing campaigns
→ Design and sending of newsletters
→ Design and optimization of landing pages
→ Implementation of organic and paid inbound campaigns
→ Web and blog content updates
→ Content generation for different channels
→ Proposal of objectives based on lead generation ratios
→ Use of reports and analytics for tracking and decision support
Position Requirements
Essential:
→ 2-3 years of experience designing and creating digital content in different formats.
→ 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn management: strategy definition, knowledge of key metrics, definition and execution of the publication calendar, community dynamization (response to comments, participation in groups…), campaigns…
→ Experience in email marketing projects, such as the improvement and optimization of the contact database to increase reception, and open or click-through rates.
→ Analysis and proposal of keywords for the creation of ad copies, email campaigns, and other content.
Knowledge and experience in Hubspot, including the ability to design and adapt templates and documents (HTML/CSS).
→ Ability to define and control KPIs for periodic reporting and tracking of results.
→ Design savvy and strong writing skills.
→ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
→ Ability to work in a very dynamic and changing environment.
→ Results oriented.
→ Perfect spoken and written Spanish and a high level of spoken and written English (professional use).
Desirable:
→ Undertaken a similar position in a software technology company.
→ Fluent spoken and written French.
→ Experience in SEM campaigns such as Google Ads.
→ Experience in influencer campaigns.
→ Experience in on-page and off-page SEO management.
→ Knowledge of WordPress for content management on corporate website and blogs.
→ Experience with Adobe products for design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Camtasia or Toonly for video creation and editing.
→ Familiarity with web analytics and keyword analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs or Semrush.
→ Familiarity with the use of solution comparison sites, such as Capterra, Software Advice, G2 or others
