The challenges
Caroll is today a renowned French brand in womenswear retail. With a network of around 480 stores in nine countries, and facing strong growth from its eCommerce channel, Caroll was forced to look for a new solution that would allow it to optimize online order preparation using the inventory of its stores (Ship-from-Store).
