The "Sales Orders Fulfillment" allows you to create shipments from orders with the choice of Shipment Document Type, Warehouse and Movement Date.
With this module you can ship into a single shipping document an unlimited number of orders.
For each line you can change the Delivery Location, Storage Bin, quantities to deliver.
The "Advanced Billing" allows you to make massive billing with the ability to filter documents. The process is fully monitored with the preview of the generated invoices.
It's possible modify and change the invoices in preview, both quantity and price, modify or cancel entire documents or lines.
All informations you need are available on the screen, in the Advanced Billing window.

Any user working in an organization with centralized LDAP authentication has a unique username and password for all information systems. When the user wants to gain access to Openbravo, the authentication provider has the responsibility of authenticating this user against LDAP using its username and password.

In this process it is also possible to verify if the user belongs to a group or an organizational unit (The System administrator can configure these queries in the properties file LDAP.properties).

If the user's credentials are valid, the user can access the Openbravo workspace. In order to do so the user must also exist in Openbravo with basic related info: Client, Organization, Role.

If the user does not exist, Openbravo's administrator should manually create the user. Alternatively the LDAP.properties file can edited with default values for the creation of this user.
