Openecampus is an open source ERP system, which addresses the campus management needs of any educational entity.
The emphasis is on the events and touch-points that make up the long-term relationship between the student and the educational institution. This relationship can be termed the “student life-cycle”.
The student life cycle is the focus of openecampus ERP. Openecampus ERP helps you manage the entire student life cycle seamlessly--from admissions to graduation to alumni relations in a secure, self-service web-based environment.

Admissions

The main feature of the Admissions module is to automate the processes carried out in the college with improved performance and realize the vision of paperless admission.
Admissions module includes the following functionality:
  • Capture and maintain information about applicants by type and special interests
  • Organize by geographic region, interests, extracurricular activities etc.
  • Maintain multiple applications for an individual applicant
  • Restrictions and pre-requisite filters to reduce the work load during admissions

Curriculum Management

Curriculum Management module allows us to define, create schedule, manage the student enrollment to the right classes, and assigns the instructors accordingly. This also takes care of generating the rosters for class, attendance and exams.
Curriculum Management module includes the following functionality:
  • Define, create, schedule and manage timetables across the campus without conflicts
  • Instructors assigned to the respective classes and students enrolled to the respective subject and class
  • Generates class rosters for each date between the semesters; Attendance rosters will be generated based on the Scheduled dates of Classes; Exam roster is generated which includes list of students who can attend the exams.
  • Define and schedule Exams as per university exam schedule, both internal and external for each subject.
  • Prerequisites can be assigned to each Subject based on the university rules
  • Detailed report of student exam details are generated with max marks, min marks, average, credits etc.
  • Student attendance roster report generated with student class wise attendance details and instructor.
  • Grading is also a part of the curriculum management.

Graduation

This Module allows us to graduate the students who completed the required credits for the University degree.
Graduation includes below functionality:
  • Maintain graduate students list with academic details

Logistics
