The FAQs Management module includes these features:
- adds three new roles: FAQs administrator, FAQs owner and FAQs reader
- definition of FAQs sections by the administrator
- creation and maintenance of FAQs documents by FAQs owners, limiting the access to their own FAQs documents
- full maintenance of FAQ documents by the administrator with the ability to set any of them as a Must Know FAQ
- coverage of the FAQs document life-cycle by setting their current status to Draft, Published or Expired
- reader's view of published FAQs
- access to Must Know FAQs in the readers' workspace through an embedded query widget
- access to My FAQs in the owners' workspace through an embedded query widget
