The CRM module seamlessly adds this basic functionality to Openbravo:
Opportunity window, which is used to:
  • create and manage Sales Opportunities, tracking status from Contact->Quotation->Closed Win or Closed Loss,
  • view related Quotations and Orders, and
  • create related Activities
Activity window, which includes these capabilities:
  • create and manage 3 types of activities: call, meeting, task.
  • dynamically expose different fields, depending on the activity type
  • automatically archive completed activities to history
The follow reporting tools are included:
  • Opportunity Report
  • My Activities Report
  • My Activities Widget
