The CRM module seamlessly adds this basic functionality to Openbravo:
Opportunity window, which is used to:
- create and manage Sales Opportunities, tracking status from Contact->Quotation->Closed Win or Closed Loss,
- view related Quotations and Orders, and
- create related Activities
Activity window, which includes these capabilities:
- create and manage 3 types of activities: call, meeting, task.
- dynamically expose different fields, depending on the activity type
- automatically archive completed activities to history
