SMB Edition is available as a single-server solution, with the option to easily upgrade to a multi-server solution. It is delivered through a subscription-based pricing model to minimize up-front investment.

Pricing

Openbravo's SMB Edition is sold and serviced exclusively through official Openbravo Business Partners. It is a fully-supported commercial ERP solution for small and mid-sized businesses planning fewer than 25 concurrent ERP users to start.
  • Annual fee priced per concurrent user, which provides access to all Core Functional Modules
  • No limitations placed on the number of "named users"
  • Volume discount per concurrent user and loyalty discount with annual renewals
  • A selection of Commercial Add-on Modules and Indutry Templates. Others are not included with the SMB Edition and are priced separately.
SMB Edition can be acquired independently of a technology stack, or with your choice of two fully-supported technology stacks, included at no additional fee.

SMB Edition may be deployed on a "mix and match" basis, with your technologies of choice.

Cloud Appliance Stack
SMB Edition + Cloud Appliance Stack is the SMB Edition bundled with a complete cloud-ready technology stack, pre-configured and fine-tuned for Openbravo ERP.

This option extends the benefits of the SMB Edition to the popular Cloud Appliance Stack:
  • Price includes all the licenses and support for the included third-party software.
  • Additionally, the following functionality is provided: Integrated firewall and administration console with backup
  • Recommendation: The Cloud Appliance Stack option is the best deployment option if:
  • You desire a Cloud Appliance deployment, or
  • You prefer a system that has been fine-tuned end-to-end by the vendor for a standard deployment
  • Note: The Cloud Appliance Stack also may be deployed on-site or hosted in a data center of choice if desired

    Ubuntu Stack
    SMB Edition + Ubuntu Stack is the SMB Edition bundled with a complete native Ubuntu technology stack, pre-configured and fine-tuned for Openbravo ERP.

    This option extends the benefits of the SMB Edition to the flexible Ubuntu Stack:
  • Price includes all the licenses and support for the included third-party software.
  • Recommendation: The Ubuntu Stack option provides unlimited configurability, and the ability to easily add 3rd-party Linux packages. It is the best deployment option if:
  • You require a choice of complementary system software components on the server (backup, monitoring, security, etc.), or
  • You want more fine grained control over the configuration of the server
  • Annual subscription: From €500 to €400 / per concurrent user* (based on volume), 3 user minimum
    * Concurrent ERP users are the total number of people accessing the system at the same time.
