Openbravo 3 Professional Edition is sold and serviced exclusively through official Openbravo Business Partners. It is a fully-supported commercial ERP system for small and mid-sized businesses seeking to simplify and maximize their operations.
  • Annual fee priced per concurrent user, which provides access to all Core Functional Modules
  • No limitations placed on the number of "named users"
  • A selection of Commercial Add-on Modules and Industry Templates. Others are not included with the Professional Edition and are priced separately.
Openbravo 3 Professional Edition can be acquired independently of a technology stack, or with your choice of two fully-supported technology stacks, included at no additional fee.
Openbravo Pro Edition
Pro Edition may be deployed on a "mix and match" basis, with your technologies of choice.
Openbravo Pro Edition +
Openbravo Appliance Stack
Pro Edition + Openbravo Appliance Stack is the Pro Edition bundled with a complete cloud-ready technology stack, pre-configured and fine-tuned for Openbravo ERP.

This option extends the benefits of the Pro Edition to the popular Openbravo Appliance Stack:
  • Price includes all the licenses and support for the included third-party software.
  • Additionally, the following functionality is provided: Integrated firewall and administration console with backup
  • Recommendation: Openbravo Appliance is the best deployment option if:
  • You desire a "shrink-wrapped" cloud deployment that can be administered directly from the browser by a non-technical person, or
  • You prefer a system that has been fine-tuned end-to-end by the vendor for a standard deployment
  • Note: The Openbravo Appliance Stack also may be deployed on-site or hosted in a data center of choice if desired

    Ubuntu Stack
    Openbravo Pro Edition + Ubuntu Stack is the Openbravo Pro Edition bundled with a complete native Ubuntu technology stack, pre-configured and fine-tuned for Openbravo ERP.

    This option extends the benefits of the Pro Edition to the flexible Ubuntu Stack:
  • Price includes all the licenses and support for the included third-party software.
  • Recommendation: The Ubuntu Stack option provides unlimited configurability, and the ability to easily add 3rd-party Linux packages. It is the best deployment option if:
  • You require a choice of complementary system software components on the server (backup, monitoring, security, etc.), or
  • You want more fine grained control over the configuration of the server
  • Annual Enterprise Subscription:
    Zone 1(*): 750€ per concurrent user
    Zone 2(*): $750 per concurrent user
    Zone 3(*): $975 per concurrent user
    10 concurrent users minimum
    * Concurrent ERP users are the total number of people accessing the system at the same time.
    1 – Zone 1 includes companies based in Europe (both EU and non-EU).
    2 – Zone 2 includes companies based in Latin America, India, and all other countries not covered by zone 1 or zone 3.
    3 – Zone 3 includes companies based in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Oman.
