Openbravo ERP editions are not differentiated on functionality, although some may come preconfigured with limited core functionality. All editions are based on the same development trunk.

Depending on the edition, a single or multi-server architecture is supported. This directly affects the amount of users which can concurrently use a specific edition.

This edition includes a bug fixing service, with SLAs based on severity levels.
Customers of this edition receive support and updates for their release, without the need to upgrade to a new release during the contract period.
This edition comes packaged with a guaranteed response time and target resolution time to bug requests and installation issues. All required support is provided through the Openbravo Support Team.
Get your money back if Openbravo is not able to solve valid IP infringement claims.
Get your money back if Openbravo Professional Edition is not the system you need.
Any maintenance patch or upgrade release for this edition has been thoroughly tested by the Openbravo Support Team.

This edition comes packaged with a bug fixing guarantee to give users the peace of mind knowing the costs of having a bug free open source environment. Bug reports can be submitted directly to the Openbravo Support Team from the web based administration console or via Openbravo's Support Portal. Patches are published once they have been successfully tested by the Openbravo Team.

Regarding Openbravo Professional Editions, should clients choose note to renew their Openbravo Professional Edition, the system remains completely functional for life, save for the ability to report bugs and receive automatic updates.
