Partner Categories

1. System Integrator (SI): System Integrators complement Openbravo's own products and services with their own. SIs provides network services, consulting, custom applications development, software integration, and project management services to end-users. Openbravo's SI partners can help the customer deploy Openbravo products and solutions, maximize functionality, and rapidly achieve return on investment.
2. Independent Software Vendor (ISV): Are software vendors that own, develop, distribute, and support an application program that operates in conjunction with Openbravo's programs. Together, Openbravo and ISVs meet customers' needs with industry-leading solutions that are powered by Openbravo Products.
3. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM): OEM Partner program is for any company that builds and sells computer systems, including Original Equipment Manufacturers and white box manufacturers. Openbravo works with these companies to provide customers the best Opensource ERP and POS solutions, with the best joint distribution relationships for these platforms. OEM resells the Openbravo product with their hardware.
4. Value Added Reseller (VAR): Resellers are organizations which add value to Openbravo and their Customers by providing additional sales infrastructure and resources.
5. Education Partner (EP): Education Partners are partners that help Openbravo in the training effort needed to disseminate Openbravo knowledge to a broader market. Education Partners provide greater depth and breadth of coverage in a particular market space. The Value of Education Partner is their certified personel with training experience, which help Customers to take full advantage of Openbravo products.

Openbravo's partner program has been strictly defined to follow a 100% quality-based approach that ensures alignment between the partner's level and experience.
To qualify as a potential partner, you should show:
  • Staff Competency
  • Products and Services Availability
  • Sales Competency
  • Business Commitment
The process to become a partner is:
  • Fill-in the Partnership Application Form
  • Successfully pass the Qualification Process
  • Pay the flat annual recurring fee of 3,500 €
  • Sign Partner Program Contract that will be sent to you afterwards
The requirements to stay in the Partner Program as well as to upgrade to next level (Bronze to Silver, or Silver to Gold) are related to:
  • Demonstrate Openbravo solutions experience through success stories
  • Demonstrate commitment to Openbravo
  • 3,500 € annual recurring fee paid up-front at the beginning of each partnership year
  • Business commitment
  • Certification of professionals (for Silver and Gold partners)
