Lead Generation & Qualification Manager
Position overview
Openbravo is looking for exceptional candidates for the role of Lead Generation & Qualification Manager. The ideal candidate has 5+ years solid experience in Identifying, Generating and Qualifying high potential end client and new partner leads. The Lead Generation & Qualification Manager also plays an important supporting role in making sure sales leads are closed successfully and within set time objectives.
He/she should be willing to take an important role in the development of an international network of Openbravo partners generating and qualifying leads. To that extend, candidates should be ready to leverage their experience in different fields like Enterprise Software, ERP Solutions or the new generation of further Open Source applications, as well as in a sales management role in other businesses.
We currently require candidates to work out of our office located in Barcelona (Spain). For exceptional candidates opportunities exist for mobility between current and future Openbravo offices in top-tier cities in different countries.
Position responsibilities
The function of Lead Generation & Qualification Manager has the following key areas of responsibility:
- Establishes lead generation strategies, objectives and hands-on execution plans for his/her Area of Responsibility.
- Provides forecasts and develops monthly lead quotes and sales conversion rate projections for effective management of the size of the pipeline and sales volumes.
- Actively involved in day-to-day operations to identify, generate and qualify incoming leads and to provide effective guidance to the lead qualification team.
- Assures required pipeline volumes are met and maintained and builds to further improve sales conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
- At the direction of management, develops territory, event and webinar strategies to support and attain lead quota.
- Strong leader capable of focusing the team effort to identify and qualify the right targets by providing the incentives to build a winning team, including open communication, a collaborative team spirit and the drive to meet and exceed objectives.
- Assure a continued understanding of the market, the channel, end users and the competition, and developments therein.
Position requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales/telesales/lead generation with a proven track record of over consistently outperforming targets in preferably an enterprise software business environment.
- 2+ management experience in telesales/lead generation/lead qualification is a strong plus.
- Advanced user experience with CRM solutions.
- Results-oriented manager capable to lead people to a winner's approach focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent people management skills including coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
- Good communication skills (written and oral English is a must; knowledge of other languages will be highly valuated).
- Ability to rapidly gain strong product knowledge; prior experience in ERP is a plus.
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
