Enterprise Architect
Position Overview
We are looking for senior consultants experienced in enterprise architecture who seek an entrepreneurial experience to work either in one of our offices in Pamplona and Barcelona, or be prepared to be available on call from any other location. In this capability the candidate will work in large or strategic projects for Openbravo where the application must support a large number of users, or integrate with a number of other systems.
Position responsibilities
The function of Enterprise Architect involves the following key areas of responsibility:
  • ERP project delivery:
    • Architecture design
    • Project planning
    • Business processes definition and GAP/Fit analysis
    • Customization
    • Documentation
  • Project management:
    • People management:
    • Team evaluation and mentoring of other consultants
  • Sales management:
    • Proposal development
    • Configure customer demonstrations
Position requeriments
  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting as well as the analysis and design of enterprise software architectures
  • Enterprise Architecture knowledge, especially in system integration tools (ESB, ERP, CRM, BI)
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture methodologies
  • Excellent technical skills (including java, SQL and Linux)
  • Experience in open source tools and technologies will be a plus
  • The candidate must have:
    • Initiative, flexibility and adaptability
    • Project delivery focus
    • Analytical thinking
    • Good organizational skills
    • Good communication skills (written and oral Spanish-English is a must)
