Consulting Manager
Position overview
We are looking for a consulting manager who has extensive experience in business management applications. This candidate possesses a strong desire for entrepreneurial experiences based in our Pamplona headquarters with frequent travel requirements.
Position responsibilities
The function of Consulting Manager involves the following key areas of responsibility:
- Business development
- Definition and preparation of proposals for partners and customers.
- Product demonstrations.
- Participation in partner and customer events.
- Client management.
- Project management and delivery.
- People management.
- Mentoring.
- Staffing.
- Evaluation & Promotions.
- Recruiting.
Position requirements
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Senior Consultant.
- ERP knowledge, especially SMB market leaders (MS Navision, MS Axapta, SAP Business One, Sage, etc.) desired.
- Experience with ERP implementation methodologies.
- Technical skills are a plus.
- The candidate must have:
- Initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
- Analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills (written and oral Spanish-English is a must).
- Business oriented.
- Customer focused.
- Leadership.
- Business administration knowledge.
