HW infrastructure: although initially only 30 users would use OB, system landscape needed to be designed for > 100 users.
Core processes modeling: core processes were modeled to provide an homogenous core that was implemented at the HQ and at 3 of the most important production centers.
Fully functional: supplying, warehousing, manufacturing, sales and economic-financial processes were implemented.
