Openbravo goes to Retail’s Big Show to expand horizons and grow in US

2 min read

After a fantastic 2018, which has consolidated the momentum Openbravo has built in previous years  and shown that we are definitely on the right track,  we felt that the time was right to attend NRF  2019: Retail’s Big Show.

The event is the world’s largest retail conference and expo with 37,000 attendees, 16,000 retailers, and more than 700 exhibitors from close to 100 countries.

This year, it will take place from 13th to 15th January at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.

We are really excited about being able to participate in NRF 2019 and I’m especially pleased, since I will have the pleasure to be there together with our CEO, Marco de Vries.

During the three days of the event, we will hear  presentations from key players and brands that are changing and revolutionizing retail today and influencing its future development.

By attending NRF 2019, we hope to learn more about the event on the ground so that we can decide if a stronger presence is called for in the future. It will also give us unique perspective from which to validate our value proposition and develop fresh insights for future roadmap development.

Last but by no means least, we expect to have the opportunity to meet new potential customers.

From a branding perspective, it’s also an excellent opportunity to make Openbravo better known in the US. To make this possible, we will be present in two relevant magazines, both distributed during the event to all visitors:

  • STORES Retail Buying Guide, which was published last November.
  • CIO Review Retail Special Edition, which features Openbravo as the cover story.

Meet us in New York

If you are attending the event and want to talk with our CEO, Marco de Vries or with myself please contact us directly through our LinkedIn profiles.
