With an aggressive growth plan in place, Itzza Pizza had witnessed significant growth in the last few years, with two new outlets launched in the last year alone. Implemented by Openbravo partner Innovation Technology Systems, the solution was implemented in less than three months and it took only four days to complete the process of implementation at the first outlet, which included preparing hardware, testing synchronization and networking infrastructure. Since then, five more outlets have been rolled out, and Itzza Pizza now tracks key data such as customer information, inventory aging, promotion efficiency and other parameters through the integrated application.
