Since its official launching at the Open Solutions Summit last February 14 in New York, Open Solutions Alliance has aroused significant interest among the media and the community as well.
The Open Solutions Alliance (OSA) is a new non-profit consortium dedicated to helping businesses and developers reap maximum benefits from open source technologies. Its main objective is to assist their clients in the deployment of open source solutions by fostering the interoperability between member applications, certifying quality solutions and promoting best practices among open source ERP vendors.
Openbravo is already playing a major role in establishing the OSA alongside other enterprise application specialists which include Adaptative Planning, CentricCRM, CollabNet, EnterpriseDB, Hyperic, JaspserSoft, SourceForge.net®, SpikeSource and Talend, as founding members.
