Openbravo Support Portal - Helping partners to build success stories
Openbravo has launched its Openbravo Support Portal - a very powerful tool used to deliver Openbravo 2nd Level Support service (2LS from now onwards).
2LS is provided by the experienced development team behind Openbravo and is offered to our partners by means of the Openbravo Support Portal. With this portal, Openbravo makes another step forward towards its goal to help partners succeed in implementing Openbravo.
Openbravo Support Portal is a helpful tool that may be used by partners to easily:
- Purchase 2LS packages (different options are available).
- Track all related issues (passed and currently engaged in).
- Create new issues that will be received immediately by Openbravo support team.
- Manage open issues and get an status and information about them.
Moreover, partners can always see their remaining 2LS credit (hours) at the Openbravo Support Portal.
Openbravo currently offers pre-paid 2LS packages of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 hours. Only Openbravo partners may take advantage of this service. To do so, partners need to process the corresponding payment for the package selected either through the corresponding PayPal account or via wire transfer. Partners may also contact support@openbravo.com for additional details. Partners are also requested to report their respective payments by sending an email to support@openbravo.com .
