Openbravo holds first American 'Get Together', and announces second meeting in Barcelona in-between intensive trainings
-Open and free event for Openbravo community members and partners to be held for first time in United States and repeated in Barcelona following last year's success-
Miami, Florida and Barcelona, Spain - March 14, 2008- Openbravo, the leading developer of web-based open source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Point-of-Sale (PoS) solutions, has announced two regional 'Get Togethers' for all Openbravo community members, including individuals and communities that want to learn more about the company and its award-winning products.
The events are both free of charge for all registered attendees and will be held in Barcelona on April 12-13, 2008, and in Miami on June 21-22, 2008, in-between intensive trainings which take place from March 31-April 18 and June 9 to June 29 respectively. Each Get Together event will consist of two half-day seminars, led by key members of the Openbravo team covering the business and technology of Openbravo, followed by peer networking to ensure that attendees discuss ideas, share experiences and knowledge, and spend time with the Openbravo team to ask for advice on how to build and maintain a business based on Openbravo's market-leading solutions.
Trainings surrounding the event will start on March 31 and run until April 18 in Barcelona. In Miami, trainings will run from June 9 to June 29. Courses for both events include:
The Miami event (June 21-22) is the first dedicated Openbravo community event to be held in the United States and is in response to the interest and opportunities within the US market.
