Openbravo to participate at Open Source Business Conference 08
Openbravo will be taking part in a panel discussion at the Open Source Business Conference, to be held in San Francisco March 25-26, 2008
The event, whose theme this year is Putting Open Source to Work, will bring together senior business leaders to collaborate on emerging business models, strategies and profitability for open source software use.
Since the launch of Openbravo project in April 2006, the company has gained invaluable experience working with its strong community. Through learning from different building efforts and policies, Openbravo has identified the necessary key success factors and principles which define open source communities, and will be sharing its knowledge during the Open Source Business Conference.
Openbravo's Chief Products Officer, Paolo Juvara, will be contributing to the discussion topic Community Imperative: Building and Leveraging Community into IT, which will be held Tuesday March 25th at 10:30am. The panel, including other prominent leaders in the field of Open Source, will explore how enterprises can create a stronger community and ultimately more efficient development process.
