Senior Consultant
Position Overview
We are looking for senior consultants experienced in business management applications who seek an entrepreneurial experience to work in our headquarter offices that are located in Pamplona and also in our offices located in Barcelona.
Position Responsibilities
The function of Senior Consultant involves the following key areas of responsibility:
ERP project delivery:
  • Project planning.
  • Business processes definition and GAP/Fit analysis.
  • Customization.
  • Documentation.
  • Project management.
People management:
  • Team evaluation and mentoring of other consultants.
Sales management:
  • Proposal development.
  • Configure customer demonstrations.
Position Requirements
  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting as well as the analysis and design of business processes.
  • ERP knowledge, especially SMB market leaders (MS Navision, MS Axapta, SAP Business One, Sage, etc.) desired.
  • Experience with ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Good technical skills (web-based architectures and programming).
The candidate must have:
  • Initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Project delivery focus.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral Spanish-English is a must).
