Junior Partner Manager
Position Overview
Openbravo is looking for exceptional candidates for the role of Junior Partner Manager. Previous working experience is not a must. However, experience within the ERP solutions business (either implementing or selling services around them) will be considered a plus. He/she should be willing to help develop an international network of Openbravo partners while participating in sales efforts and actions to reach sales targets for a set of partners under the responsibility of the Senior Partner Management team.
We currently require candidates to work in our office located in Barcelona (Spain). There will also be the option of moving in a near future to other offices to be opened in top-tier cities in other countries.
Position Responsibilities
The function of Junior Partner Manager has the following key areas of responsibility:
  • Help Senior Partner Management team to develop Openbravo international network of partners, which includes assisting partners to develop their business, guiding them in the day-to-day related tasks (from the sales stage of any project to the delivery of the same - implementation and maintenance) and facilitating their teams to expand their skills.
  • Help Senior Partner Management team to identify new products and services to be offered to partners that might be of their interest.
  • Proactively provide feedback to Senior Partner Management team to constantly improve overall sales performance.
Position Requirements
  • No previous working experience is required, although experience within the ERP solutions business (either implementing or selling them) and the SME sector will be taken into account.
  • Results-oriented team player with willingness and motivation to grow professionally in a very entrepreneurial project with a high-potential.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral English is a must; knowledge of other languages will be highly valuated).
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to gain strong product knowledge and business processes global understanding.
  • Solid analytical thinking is a plus.
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
