How does the European Recruiting Program work?
Openbravo will launch its European wide selection process in the first week of July:
1. Candidates will be pre-selected through their résumés and their motivation letters.
2. Pre-selected candidates will be interviewed by senior members of Openbravo team.
3. Final candidates will conduct a business case to further assess their skills.
The best candidates recruited from top tier technical universities all over Europe will be invited to take part in Openbravo’s three week long training program, specially designed to combine business knowledge with IT skills, enabling participants to gain knowledge on all aspects relating to the world of ERPs and more specifically Openbravo.
Candidates completing this training successfully will be offered a permanent position at Openbravo in their area of study and professional interest (1).
Openbravo will organize one social event per week for all participants and part of the Openbravo team. There will be several other recreational activities with Openbravo team members as well as a city tour!
